Job Description Position Summary The Filter Service Supervisor oversees the installation, maintenance, and replacement of air and fluid filtration systems across client sites or company facilities. This role ensures service quality, team efficiency, and compliance with safety and environmental standards. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with leadership skills to manage field technicians and coordinate service schedules. Key Responsibilities • Flexibility in work hours – day shift, night shift and possible weekends., • Supervise daily operations of filter service teams, including scheduling, dispatching, and performance monitoring, • Ensure timely and accurate installation, replacement, and maintenance of filters (HVAC, industrial, fluid, etc.), • Conduct site inspections to assess filter conditions and recommend service plans, • Train and mentor service technicians on safety protocols, equipment handling, and customer service, • Maintain inventory of filters, tools, and supplies; coordinate procurement with purchasing department, • Monitor compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company safety standards, • Communicate with clients to address service needs, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction, • Prepare service reports, work orders, and performance metrics for management review, • High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred, • 1+ years of experience in filter service, HVAC, or industrial maintenance, • 1+ years of supervisory or team lead experience, • Preferred someone with knowledge of filtration systems, air quality standards, and maintenance procedures, • Excellent organizational and communication skills, • Plus, to be able to read schematics and service manuals, • Proficient in using CMMS or service management software, • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined or elevated spaces, • Comfortable working in varying environmental conditions (heat, cold, dust), • EPA Section 608 Certification (for HVAC roles), • Forklift or aerial lift experience, • Competitive Hourly Pay based on experience, • Health, and vision insurance, • 401(k) with company match, • Paid time off and holidays, • Uniforms, tools, and company vehicle (if applicable)Company DescriptionAir Quality Systems, Inc.
