Job DescriptionDescription: Job Summary: As a Carpenter II, you’ll take pride in the detailed work that gives commercial projects their polished, professional look. Key Responsibilities: • Perform advanced carpentry, including complex framing, formwork, and structural components., • Complete specialized finish work such as cabinetry, trim, molding, doors, hardware, and installation of building specialties, • Understands work meets building codes, project specs, and safety standards., • Lead and mentor junior carpenters and laborers., • Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant worksite., • Support other crews and complete additional tasks as assigned., • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred., • Additional vocational or technical training in carpentry is preferred., • Expertise in installing trim, molding, cabinetry, and other finish carpentry., • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings., • Proficiency with tools and equipment (saws, nail guns, drills, sanders, etc.)., • Strong attention to detail, precision, and craftsmanship.• Ability to work independently and in a team, meeting project deadlines., • Familiarity with commercial building codes, safety standards, and OSHA regulations., • Experience with a wide range of materials and advanced carpentry techniques., • Prior work enforcing quality standards on commercial projects., • OSHA 10 Certification, • Equipment Operator Certification, • Bilingual, • Ability to train, • You will work indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather conditions., • Work may require night shift/travel., • Able to do the following with or without reasonable accommodation:, • Lift, push or pull materials weighing up to 80 lbs. (25 lbs. consistently)., • Walk, bend, twist, turn, stoop, kneel, crawl, climb and squat in cramped or awkward positions on a frequent basis., • Climb to unlimited heights on ladders or scaffolds., • Operate machinery that vibrates (drills, sanders, jackhammers, etc.) on a repetitive basis., • Perform tasks that require gross and fine hand motions and coordination.
