Candidate Requirements: • Curious and skeptical, • Able to overcome resistance and work independently as well as with supervision, • Proven track record of accountability and teamwork, • Continual learner, • Intermediate-level knowledge of MS Office, • Desire to work in a remote environment, • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, • Strong attention to detail, • Build a robust pipeline by consistent prospecting and maintenance of strong relationships, • Meet all training, margin, activity, and any other assigned KPIs, • Manage transactions from end to end to facilitate a frictionless experience for buyers and sellers, • Follow SOPs and attend to transaction details to avoid unforced errors, • Manage ALL contacts, account details, and transaction data for all owned accounts in the CRM platform, keeping it up-to-date and accurate, • 2 years of sales experience, including cold calling, • Experience with supply chain and logistics management, • Positive reputation among contacts and colleagues, • 2 years of B2B sales and/or trading experience., • CRM experience, • Experience with executive negotiation, • Zoho CRM, • Google Workspace Apps, • Microsoft 365 Apps, • MS Teams, • Airtable, • MS Office, • Remote, home office, and occasional travel to company events, • Daily typing and participating in virtual meetings, most often on camera, • Travel to customer sites for evaluation, negotiation, and customer support About Marcus Food Co.
