Job Description As a Registered Nurse (RN) at The DRIPBaR, you will be responsible for delivering intravenous (IV) drips and intramuscular (IM) vitamin shots that deliver essential nutrients right to the cellular level for maximum absorption. Your roll will include administering IV drips, injections, educating clients on treatments, ensuring a safe and relaxing experience, and maintaining the highest standard of patient care. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on preventive health, wellness, and recovery. Job Duties: • Establish practitioner/patient relationships with initial screenings and prescriptions., • Prepare IV & IM vitamins for administration with appropriate technique in our 797 Compliant facility., • Performs venipuncture, placement of peripheral IV's, possible accesses implanted ports., • Monitor client while infusion is taking place., • Maintain supply inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies; using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results., • Clean and maintain infusion room & sterile hood., • Documenting therapy details in client’s charts in EHR., • Various Office and Customer Service duties to include but not limited to: scheduling appointments, verifying the correct forms are filled out and complete, reviewing health history forms, and providing excellent client service., • Comply with our medical director when necessary on standing orders to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate client IV or injection therapy plans., • Be able to function in the heat of emergency and act according to protocol., • Valid RN license in the state of Texas, • Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a fast paced clinical setting or wellness spa environment., • Must possess VERY strong IV peripheral skills., • Experience in accessing Ports and PICC lines., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to patient safety and well-being., • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and manage time effectively.
