Job Summary:The Staffing Coordinatoris responsible for connecting therapy providers with pediatric referrals. Please note that this is not a remote position Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities • Coordinate Referrals: Efficiently staff all incoming pediatric therapy referrals to ensure timely service delivery., • Optimize Provider Placement: Assign therapists to condensed geographic areas to maximize productivity and meet required service hours., • Monitor Availability: Keep a close eye on therapist schedules and availability to ensure coverage and balance., • Communicate Proactively: Serve as a key liaison between families, therapists, referral sources, and internal departments., • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with other departments to ensure services begin promptly and smoothly., • Leverage Reporting Tools: Use internal reports to track staffed hours and identify gaps in provider availability., • Support Providers: Assist with provider-related concerns and help resolve issues as they arise., • Drive Outreach Efforts: Conduct daily outreach to meet departmental goals and help providers achieve their desired caseloads., • Manage Authorizations: Follow up on service authorizations and handle related documentation.
