Job DescriptionHR Generalist Location: San Diego, CA 92111 Type: Direct Hire Schedule: Onsite Salary: $75,000 - $90,000, depending on experience Overview The organization is seeking an HR Generalist who can support a large, fast-moving workforce while partnering closely with leadership to strengthen daily HR operations. This role requires a professional who is confident navigating employee-facing issues, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring that HR processes run smoothly across multiple departments. The environment is dynamic, people-driven, and best suited for someone who is comfortable operating with both structure and adaptability.
