Job Description Recruiter – Full‐Cycle Talent Acquisition Company: Absolute International Security (AIS) Location: Irwindale Position Type: Full‐Time | On‐Site Absolute International Security (AIS) is seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and detail‐driven Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is critical to supporting our rapid growth and ensuring we hire high‐quality talent across multiple departments and locations. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and capable of managing high‐volume recruiting while maintaining exceptional candidate and client experiences. Position Summary The Recruiter will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating hiring manager reviews, and supporting onboarding. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent judgment, and the ability to work in a fast‐paced environment with shifting priorities. You will partner closely with leadership, HR, and operations to ensure staffing needs are met on time and with top‐tier candidates. Key Responsibilities Full‐Cycle Recruitment • Manage end‐to‐end recruiting for multiple roles simultaneously, including high‐volume security positions and administrative roles, • Conduct detailed phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit, • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with clear summaries and recommendations, • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and follow‐up communication with candidates and internal teams, • Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience from application to onboarding Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and proactive outreach, • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings, • Identify new sourcing channels and continuously improve recruitment effectiveness, • Represent AIS at job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach programs Applicant Tracking & Compliance • Manage candidate pipelines and documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), • Greenhouse ATS experience strongly preferred, • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws, • Maintain accurate, organized, and timely records of candidate interactions, interview notes, and hiring decisions Hiring Manager Partnership • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, staffing needs, and timelines, • Provide guidance on job descriptions, interview strategies, and market trends, • Deliver weekly staffing updates, pipeline reports, and hiring metrics, • Advise managers on best practices for interviewing and candidate selection Onboarding & Pre‐Employment Support • Assist with pre‐employment steps including background checks, guard card verification, Live Scan scheduling, and onboarding documentation, • Ensure new hires receive a smooth, professional, and timely onboarding experience, • Coordinate with HR to ensure compliance and documentation accuracy Process Improvement & Talent Strategy • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve recruiting processes, • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing, • Support the development of standardized interview guides, evaluation forms, and hiring workflows Required Education & Degrees Candidates must possess one of the following accredited degrees: Required Bachelor’s Degree (must have one): • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, • Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology or a related Social Science field Preferred Advanced Education • Master’s Degree in HR, Business, Organizational Leadership, or related field (preferred but not required) Required Skills & Experience • Minimum 2–4 years of full‐cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high‐volume or multi‐site environments, • Strong interviewing, screening, and candidate evaluation skills, • Excellent written and verbal communication, • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and requisitions simultaneously, • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow‐through, • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, job boards, and online recruiting tools, • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Preferred Qualifications • Experience using Greenhouse ATS (highly preferred), • Experience recruiting in security, staffing, logistics, or similar industries, • SHRM‐CP, SHRM‐SCP, PHR, or other HR certifications, • Experience with high‐volume hiring, multi‐location staffing, or field‐based operations, • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Core Competencies • Strong interpersonal and relationship‐building skills, • High level of professionalism and integrity, • Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure, • Problem‐solving and critical‐thinking abilities, • Results‐driven mindset with a focus on quality and speed, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer • Health, dental, and vision benefits, • Paid sick leave and PTO, • 401(k) eligibility after one year, • Opportunities for career advancement
