Job DescriptionDescription: JOB SUMMARY AGSE is seeking a results-driven Vice President of Finance to lead the financial team across our global organization. The VP Finance will be a member of the executive team, responsible for overseeing financial reporting, planning, and risk management. This role requires both high-level strategic thinking and hands-on financial management experience in a dynamic and growing environment. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Financial Leadership • Exemplify, retain, and communicate “up to date” ASC, GAAP, IFRS, and related accounting pronouncements in accurate financial reporting for domestic and international business units and affiliated entities., • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives., • Serve as a strategic advisor to the COO on financial planning and business operations., • Ensure accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with ASC, GAAP, and IFRS pronouncements to ensure meeting regulatory reporting standards., • Oversee statutory audit requirements with international operations., • Oversee cost accounting and related functions., • Maintain a strong internal control environment., • Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks., • Provide timely and accurate financial analysis, performance metrics, and business insights., • Monitor financial performance and proactively recommend corrective actions., • Manage cash flow and banking relationships and provide input to ownership on investment strategies., • Evaluate and optimize financial systems, tools, and processes for scalability and efficiency., • Partner with department heads to drive financial discipline across the organization., • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team., • You MUST have a bachelor’s degree in accounting., • You MUST have significant up-to-date knowledge in ASC, GAAP,, • You MUST have significant knowledge of cost accounting in a manufacturing setting., • Must be comfortable working ONSITE only., • 8 to 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience., • Minimum 4 years of experience in the manufacturing industry., • Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and business operations, • Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels, • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills, • MBA or Master's Degree, • CPA License preferred, • 3 years of prior experience as a Vice President of a sizable/complex organization., • Scaling manufacturing operations or transitioning through growth phases., • Familiarity with international operations, trade compliance, or multi-entity reporting., • Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Pay: Base Salary Range $240,000 to $250,000 per year, discretionary bonus up to 35% of base.
