This is a temporary, full-time position assisting with front office responsibilities with the potential to transition into supporting the call center team once the current specialist returns from leave. Key Responsibilities • Greet visitors and manage incoming calls, providing excellent customer service in both English and Spanish., • Assist with daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence., • Support the coordination of appointments, inquiries, and internal communications., • Maintain front office organization, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment., • Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written proficiency required)., • Prior experience in front office, receptionist, or administrative support roles preferred., • Excellent communication and customer service skills., • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy office environment., • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
