Job Description About the Role We’re looking for a proactive, people‐focused Recruiter to join our team and help us attract, engage, and hire top talent. In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers, shape candidate experience, and drive full‐cycle recruiting efforts across multiple functions. Key Responsibilities • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding., • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies., • Source candidates through job boards, social platforms, networking, referrals, and creative outreach., • Conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural alignment., • Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs., • Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders., • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every stage., • Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and industry meetups., • Maintain accurate and organized data in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Qualifications • Experience in recruiting (agency or in‐house); familiarity with full‐cycle hiring., • Strong communication and relationship‐building skills., • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast‐paced environment., • Comfortable using ATS platforms and sourcing tools., • Knowledge of modern recruiting techniques and employer branding., • High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment. Preferred Skills • Experience hiring for technical or specialized roles., • Understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) best practices., • Strong negotiation and closing skills., • Data‐driven mindset with the ability to interpret recruiting metrics.
