We are seeking an Experienced Recruiter to support high-volume and specialized hiring needs across field service, skilled trades, engineering, and construction roles. Key Responsibilities • Source, recruit, and interview candidates for field service, construction, skilled trades, and engineering-related roles., • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding support., • Partner closely with hiring managers and clients to understand workforce needs, job requirements, and project timelines., • Develop creative and proactive sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and direct outreach., • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs., • Maintain accurate documentation and workflow tracking within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)., • Provide market insights, compensation guidance, and hiring recommendations based on industry trends., • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)., • 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting field service, construction, engineering, or skilled trades roles., • Strong understanding of recruiting workflows, candidate sourcing strategies, and interview best practices., • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills., • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment., • Proficiency with ATS platforms, job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools.
