This role has a strong focus on recruiting and talent acquisition, making it ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional who enjoys working with people, sourcing candidates, and helping build a high-quality clinical team. About the RoleThe Human Resources & Recruiting Assistant will play a key role in supporting our hiring efforts and day-to-day HR operations. A significant portion of this position will involve active recruitment, candidate sourcing, and proactive outreach to clinicians and potential clinical staff, in addition to general human resources support. Key Responsibilities • Proactively recruit clinicians and clinical support staff through candidate sourcing and outreach, • Conduct proactive candidate outreach to therapists, mental health professionals, and other potential clinical staff, • Identify, source, and contact qualified candidates through online platforms, referrals, and community resources, • Manage job postings across Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms, • Review resumes and screen applicants, • Schedule and coordinate phone screens and interviews, • Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, • Assist leadership with recruiting strategies and talent pipeline development, • Support onboarding and new hire paperwork, • Maintain personnel files and confidential employee records, • Assist with background checks and reference checks, • Track applicant flow and hiring progress, • Prior experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, HR, healthcare administration, or sales, • Experience with candidate outreach, sourcing, and follow-up strongly preferred, • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, • Strong phone presence and confidence speaking with professionals, • Exceptional organization and attention to detail, • Ability to manage multiple openings and deadlines, • Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
