The Role The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and executing the exit of commercial and transitional service agreements between telecommunications companies. This role requires strong project management skills to coordinate plans, reconcile invoices, and collaborate across internal and external teams covering IT, Real Estate, HR, Field Operations, Network Operations, and Finance. The Project Manager will ensure successful transitions, effective stakeholder communication, and thorough documentation throughout the lifecycle of each agreement. Work Location Hybrid Dallas, TX or Denver, CO Primary Responsibilities Program & Project Management: · Oversee all phases of M&A integration, collaborating with project teams to integrate project strategies that align with contractual requirements and ensure consistency between Forged Fiber 37 deliverables and contract specifications. · Collaborate with external partners to align project milestones, strategies, and adherence to contractual obligations. · Address and resolve any contractual issues related to assigned service performance, ensuring compliance with project requirements and proactively mitigating risks. · Develop comprehensive project plans encompassing scope, schedule, budget, resources, risk management, and quality standards. · Monitor project milestones, financials, and performance metrics, providing regular status updates to stakeholders. · Collaborate with functional teams to define and implement solutions to reduce operating expenses by automating solutions where there are dependencies with other suppliers. · Track and report on progress, risks, and deliverables, providing regular updates to leadership and key stakeholders. · Manage any required changes to contractual agreements or dispute resolution related to the program deliverables. · Facilitate meetings, workshops, and communications to drive alignment and accountability across all parties. · Reconcile invoices and service records for IT, Real Estate, HR, Field Operations, Network Operations, and Finance agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Main Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field; PMP or similar certification preferred., • 8+ years of experience working with major telecommunications vendors and service providers (e.g., T-Mobile, Verizon, Dish Network)., • Proven experience managing complex commercial agreements or transitional service contracts., • Strong understanding of IT, Real Estate, HR, Field Operations, Network Operations, and Finance functions., • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills., • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across internal teams and with external partners., • Create and deliver executive level presentations (MS PowerPoint & MS Excel), • Excellent verbal and written communication skills., • Exceptional problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills., • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment., • Proficiency in MS Office project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar) Compensation This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
