Job DescriptionThis position will perform routine and some non-routine maintenance and repair work on vehicles (buses, vans etc.) which adheres to FirstGroup standards. This may include but is not limited to tire maintenance, fulfilling service calls for repair, conducting visual inspections of vehicles and related work as assigned. Performs work under minimal supervision. Handles more advanced issues and problems and may refer more complex issues to higher-level staff. All work is performed with a commitment to safety. In the state of Washington, this position is considered a safety-sensitive position and is therefore subject to drug and alcohol testing, including cannabis.$25.00/hr based on CBAMajor Responsibilities • Ensure vehicles are maintained and safe for our customers by performing limited repairs with moderate supervision on basic and advanced maintenance such as replacement of light bulbs, fuses, lenses, wiper blades, belts, hoses, batteries, check fluid levels, change fluids and filters and lubricate components., • Perform mechanical repairs under moderate supervision including the repair of brakes and brake inspections, engine tune-ups, suspensions, drive trains, transmission clutches and other repairs., • Maintain records of all maintenance work completed on vehicles including parts and supplies used. Ensure that work orders are completed properly and accurately. Maintain parts usage records and order repair parts from designated suppliers, • Assist Tech III with preventative maintenance (PM's), safety maintenance inspections and annual maintenance inspections at prescribed intervals of time and usage, • Remove and replace engine, transmission and differential assemblies with Maintenance Technician III supervision., • Diagnoses and performs accurately all phases of vehicle and equipment repair under moderate supervision., • Notify supervisor of potentially dangerous equipment and corrective action taken, • Evaluates completed work prior to release and seeks approval where required, • Assist with road calls and emergency services as necessary, • Adhere to FirstGroup standards, policies and procedures, • Moves vehicles safely between job and work area, • Repair and maintain all shop equipment, • Cleans vehicles as requested or required, • Other responsibility as requested or required Minimum Education or Certifications Required • High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair (preferred), • Class B CDL with passenger endorsement required (or expected within 3 months of hire), • State inspection license (if required), • ASE Certification preferred. We are seeking dynamic and energetic individuals to lead our competitive sports teams and clubs. Manhattan Youth runs organized sports teams and clubs for a variety of sports including, basketball, soccer, softball, baseball/teeball, lacrosse, cross country running, track & field, volleyball, floor hockey, wrestling, flag football, ultimate frisbee, table tennis, fencing, cheerleading, and tumbling/gymnastics. Fitness activities include yoga, zumba and general fitness. After-school teachers are expected to guide students in their social, emotional, and academic development across a range of areas including sports, arts, academic enrichment, and leadership. We are looking for creative, energetic, curious, and enthusiastic teachers with a commitment to positive behavioral approaches and teamwork. Job Description We are seeking reliable, compassionate, professional, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team in GREAT NECK, NY 11021. As a CNA, you will provide essential support to patients in various healthcare settings, assisting with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being. This position offers flexible scheduling; however, we are prioritizing candidates who can commit to a consistent weekly schedule. Employees can also complete double shifts. FULL-TIME Openings: 7AM-3PM (Day), 3PM-11PM (Eve), and 11PM-7AM (Night) If you are unable to commit and consistently work any of the open shifts including working every other Saturday & Sunday then this position is not the right fit for you. The hourly rate is $24/hr. and the overtime & holiday rate is $36/hr.
