What You'll Do: • Diagnose and repair plumbing systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions by establishing customer rapport., • Explain repair and replacement opportunities for aging, inefficient or underperforming systems., • Provide excellent customer service by asking the right lifestyle questions to troubleshoot plumbing system malfunctions., • Inform customers of all special promotions., • 5 years’ experience in plumbing service and troubleshooting., • Skilled in the use of hand and power tools used in the plumbing trade., • Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and safety practices., • Effective oral communication and interpersonal skills., • Ability to complete projects unsupervised and unassisted., • Attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously., • Available to work on-call and respond immediately to plumbing emergencies., • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company auto insurance guidelines to operate a company-owned vehicle., • Eligible to legally work in the United States., • Be at least 18 years of age., • Successfully complete a background check and drug screen.
