The Opportunity: This is a high-impact role managing one of Puig’s most strategic retail partnerships, Sephora and Sephora @ Kohl’s, within a fast-paced prestige beauty environment. Reporting into the Head of Beauty Specialty Accounts, this role sits at the center of a key growth channel for the business and plays a critical role in shaping how our brands show up within Sephora’s ecosystem. You will lead 360° account management across omni-channel touchpoints, driving sell-out growth, market share, and brand visibility. In close partnership with internal E-Retail teams and agency partners, you’ll help bring cohesive, consumer-first strategies to life across retail and digital channels, while influencing cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Sales, and Demand Planning. What you’ll get to do: • Drive growth across Sephora and Sephora @ Kohl’s, owning sales planning, promotional strategy, and day-to-day account management, • Lead commercial planning across key moments (tentpoles, launches, exclusives), aligned to Sephora’s calendar and brand priorities, • Partner with Sephora Merchandising, Planning, and Marketing teams to unlock distribution, assortment, and visibility opportunities, • Collaborate with internal E-Retail teams and agency partners to align on digital activations (Sephora.com, app, CRM), ensuring consistency with overall account strategy, • Analyze weekly/monthly performance (sell-out, conversion, productivity, inventory) and translate insights into action, • Manage forecasting, allocations, and order flow with Demand Planning and Sales Ops to ensure healthy stock levels, • Collaborate cross-functionally to execute launches, sampling programs, and omni-channel events, • Support .com exclusives and hero SKU strategies, partnering with E-Retail to ensure strong digital presence, • Support gross-to-net management, promotional tracking, and financial reconciliation, • Partner with field leadership to ensure best-in-class in-store execution and capture real-time insights from doors, • Identify opportunities to expand SKU assortment, distribution, and productivity across Sephora and Kohl’s footprint, • Monitor competitive landscape to inform strategy, positioning, and investment decisions, • Build and deliver business recaps, forecasts, and strategic presentations We’d love to meet you if you have: • 5-7 years of experience in sales, key account management, or commercial roles within beauty or retail, • Experience working with Sephora or similar omni-channel retail partners preferred, • Strong analytical skills (sell-out, conversion, productivity metrics), • Ability to partner cross-functionally, including with E-Retail and marketing teams, • Proven ability to influence internal and external stakeholders, • Excellent communication and presentation skills, • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (SAP a plus), • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Compensation: As required by New York State’s salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected base salary for this position ranges from $130,000.00 - $145,000.00. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
