This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dallas, TX, ideal for professionals with a strong background in commercial doors, frames, and hardware, and a proven ability to lead complex construction projects from start to finish. Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Journeyman Plumber with a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction plumbing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in commercial buildings, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities: • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial construction projects., • Measure, cut, and assemble pipes and fittings according to specifications., • Work with various plumbing materials, including PVC, copper, and cast iron., • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project requirements., • Test plumbing systems for leaks and ensure compliance with local building codes., • Operate hand and power tools used in plumbing installation and repair., • Lead and supervise a small crew of apprentices and helpers, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to quality standards., • Collaborate with other trades to ensure seamless project completion., • Perform quality control checks and ensure compliance with all plumbing regulations and safety standards., • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to OSHA guidelines.Qualifications:, • Valid Journeyman Plumbers License.
