Job Description Neat Stuff Collectibles | Middletown, NY $20 per hour | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | On-Site Hate Sitting at a Desk? Love Staying Busy? This Job Might Be for You! We're looking for an energetic, hardworking person who enjoys physical work, staying on the move, and getting things organized. At Neat Stuff Collectibles, we operate a large, busy warehouse filled with comic books, vintage toys, action figures, collectibles, and entire collections waiting to be discovered, organized, and sold. This is NOT a sit-down job. You'll be on your feet, moving merchandise, opening boxes, sorting collections, organizing shelves, and helping keep our eBay operation running smoothly. If you're the kind of person who can't sit still, likes working with your hands, and gets satisfaction from turning a messy space into an organized one, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Be Doing • Moving, lifting, opening, and organizing boxes of merchandise throughout the warehouse., • Sorting comic books, toys, and collectibles., • Bagging, boarding, and preparing comics for sale., • Preparing and staging merchandise for our eBay listing team., • Recognizing poor use of space and helping in order to reorganize shelves, storage areas, and workspaces., • Getting hands-on with cleanup: breaking down empty boxes, sweeping, removing debris, and clearing neglected areas so they can be put to productive use., • Consolidating inventory and keeping merchandise accessible, clearly organized, and ready for the next step., • Looking for practical ways to improve workflow and prevent clutter from building back up., • Tackling new projects as different collections arrive. Who We're Looking For • Someone proactive who notices what needs attention and takes appropriate action without waiting for every task to be assigned., • A practical organizer who sees an overcrowded shelf, wasted space, or a cluttered work area and thinks about how to improve it., • Someone willing to get their hands dirty. Cleaning and reclaiming warehouse space are regular parts of this job., • Organized, dependable, hardworking, and comfortable with physical work throughout the day., • Able to follow established systems, suggest improvements, and coordinate with the team before making major inventory moves., • Someone who finishes projects and maintains the improvements they make., • An interest in comics, toys, collectibles, or e-commerce is a plus, but no collectibles experience is required. No collectibles experience necessary. We'll teach you what you need to know.
