Job DescriptionDescription: Summary of Job: Under the direction of the Production Manager, the Packager/Shipper will pack orders and prepare them to be shipped. They must inspect the items to ensure that they’re not damaged or missing any parts, package them according to specifications and transport them carefully as needed to bring them to assigned warehouse location. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Regular tasks performed and outcomes to be accomplished on the job. Other duties may be assigned. · Perform production duties such as manual lifting, packaging, taping, labeling, and sorting. · Inspection of items to ensure there is no damage or missing parts. · Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the Production Manager. · Track all orders to ensure inventory is accurately recorded. · Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures. · Follow all safety procedures and company policies. · Maintain a professional, clean and safe work area. · Other related duties as assigned.
