Rocket Pest Control is looking for a Customer Service Professional to join our growing team! Your Rewards • 8 Company-paid Holidays (Full-Time Only), • 10 Days of Paid-Time Off (Full-Time Only), • Company-Paid group life insurance, • Medical, Dental, and Vision plans (Full-Time Only), • Retirement Plans with Company match including 401k up to 5%, • Employee Assistance Programs Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following and must be carried out in a manner that consistently reflects and upholds the Rocket Core Values: • Handling and managing inbound/outbound customer service calls., • Engaging customers in conversation to assess needs, qualify each call, and provide information about Rocket’s products and services in accordance with established call flow guidelines., • Creating call-back service accounts and maintaining accurate records for current customers., • Processing customer payments and applying them to the correct accounts., • Scheduling inspections and/or quality-control visits for sales inspectors and technicians., • Navigating multiple software programs simultaneously - entering data in real time, placing orders, searching existing accounts - all while maintaining a friendly, professional conversation., • Documenting all customer interactions accurately in PestPac and forwarding them to appropriate departments., • Accurately entering sales leads information into PestPac and scheduling appointments., • Supporting digital communication channels by responding to customers via text or email., • Assisting the Inside Sales team by handling inbound calls during peak high-volume periods., • Resolving billing issues by researching concerns, offering appropriate resolutions, and applying credits or adjustments, when necessary., • Building and maintaining strong relationships with the Branch and Service Managers, service professionals, administrative staff, and sales team., • Fostering effective communication with branches to continually enhance overall customer experience., • Demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust, support customer satisfaction, and create positive interactions., • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and monthly development goals., • Perform additional duties and projects, as assigned. Qualifications: Education, Experience, and Skills Required: • Education: High School diploma or equivalent., • Experience:, • Previous customer service or inside sales experience is preferred., • Customer service and interpersonal skills are required., • Technical Skills:, • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook., • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving, data interpretation skills, and attention to detail., • Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to multi-task and navigate multiple systems simultaneously, ability to work independently and collaboratively; strong relationship building skills; professional; results-oriented and team focused., • Other Requirements:, • Reliable transportation., • Successful completion of a criminal background check., • Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening. Working Environment Work is performed in a standard office setting with moderate noise levels. The role requires managing multiple projects and frequent interruptions to address the needs of employees, customers, and senior leadership. Work From Home: The role may be eligible for remote or hybrid work, contingent on performance, scheduling, and operations requirements. Employees working from home must maintain a professional work environment, adhere to all company policies, and ensure access to reliable high-speed internet and secure technology resources. Remote arrangements may be adjusted or revoked at management’s discretion. Working Conditions/Physical Requirements This is a primarily sedentary role requiring regular use of hands for typing, communication, and computer work. Occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds may be required. Visual acuity is needed for data analysis, computer work, and reading. Equipment or Machines Routinely Used in This Position Regular use of computers, monitors, keyboard, mouse, mobile devices, tablets, telephones, headsets, printers, scanners, presentation tools, and other electronic accessories.
