From court appearances to strategic filings and consultations, your work will directly impact families and futures. Key Responsibilities: ???? Client Advocacy & Case Management • Represent clients in EOIR court for Master and Merits Hearings, • Conduct consultations, prepare clients for interviews, and coordinate with government agencies, • Draft motions, judgments, and legal filings ???? Job Description Our client in Edison, NJ is looking for a Plaintiff Personal Injury Legal Assistant with Paralegal Duties for a direct-hire position. This is a fully onsite opportunity. Salary is $60K-$80K Annually DOE Responsibilities: • Provide administrative support to the lawyer to enhance law office effectiveness., • Communicating with clients, law offices, insurance adjusters, medical offices, and experts., • Manage Prelitigation and Litigation matters from start to finish., • Assist in preparing for depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials., • Candidate MUST have 3+ years of New Jersey Plaintiff personal injury litigation experience within a personal injury law firm
