What We Offer • Competitive pay: $17.50 $18.50/hour, • Paid training no experience required, • Flexible scheduling: Full-time, part-time, weekends, or on-call, • Health, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits, • Referral bonuses, • Career growth opportunities, • Overtime and extended weekend 48-hour shifts availableResponsibilities, • As an SLS Instructor, you will:, • Provide one-on-one support to adults with disabilities in their homes, • Assist with daily living skills: cooking, cleaning, medication reminders, transportation, and community involvement, • Support clients with financial, personal, and social goals, • (Depending on role) Train new staff and take on leadership dutiesRequirements, • Must be willing to work in Pasadena, Glendale, and Los Angeles areas, • Drivers license and reliable transportation required, • CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain, • Must pass Live Scan background check, • High school diploma or equivalent required, • Valid Social Security card and eligibility to work in the U.S.Benefits, • Pay: $17.50 $18.50 per hour, • 401(k), referral bonuses, career advancement opportunities, • Paid sick leave, overnight compensation, flexible schedules, • Health, dental, and vision insurance availableSchedule Options, • 4, 8, or 12-hour shifts, • Day, evening, or overnight, • MondayFriday, weekends only, or rotating schedules, • On-call availabilityPreferred Experience/Skills, • Caregiving, group home, or assisted living experience, • First Aid Certification, • ADL (Activities of Daily Living) assistance, • Patient observation and cooking skills, • Background in nursing homes, long-term care, or social work, • Bilingual (Spanish required for some positions)COVID-19 Policy We comply with state mandates.
