Shipping Associate Requirements: Experience with e-commerce sales and order platforms Experience in office administrative and organization duties High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to understand and clearly convey technical information Ability to handle different types of people and problems in a professional manner Hands-on experience with office equipment, including fax machines, multi-line phones and printers Ability to conduct physical inventory cycle counts Ability to follow specific operating procedures Excellent attention to detail, thoroughness and sense of urgency Self-motivated with can-do attitude and passion to succeed Ability to lift 50lb boxes Ability to operate pallet-jack and move 1000lb pallets (average weight) Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to operate machinery (product labeler / shrink wrap tunnel) Ability to operate a computer for extended periods of time Shipping Responsibilities: Pick and pull product for order packaging Quality check orders for 100% accuracy prior to completion Operate machinery to apply product labels Operate machinery to wrap products in plastic Restock product shelves and face product Stock shipping supplies as needed Apply product labels to product bottles Prepare completed cases of labeled and tray-packed product Move pallets to proper hold location within warehouse Organize and clean warehouse and shipping departments Conduct various grounds keeping and various maintenance duties Turn up every day with a positive attitude, ready to work Monthly Bonus Pay Structure Company DescriptionFuture Formulations is a Tucson dietary supplement company serving global health professional and retail markets.Future Formulations is a Tucson dietary supplement company serving global health professional and retail markets.
