Job Description We are pleased to represent one of our clients, a dynamic and fast-growing hospitality and real estate investment firm, in their search for a Vice President of Investment Finance. Our client manages an impressive and varied investment portfolio that spans fine dining restaurants, quick-service franchise operations, luxury hospitality properties, and multifamily residential developments. The selected professional will partner closely with senior leadership to shape investment strategy and enhance capital optimization across diverse asset categories during this transformative growth period. Key Responsibilities • Source, evaluate, and structure new loan opportunities and financing solutions, • Analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and P&L performance across portfolio, • Negotiate and issue term sheets for various financing transactions, • Establish and maintain relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions, • Support strategic planning initiatives for continued portfolio expansion, • Conduct pre-screening and due diligence on potential acquisitions and investments, • Collaborate with underwriting teams and manage transaction closings, • Manage capital calls and coordinate bank draws for ongoing projects, • Prepare internal memoranda and presentations for deal approval processes, • Review existing loan portfolio and identify refinancing opportunities to optimize terms, • Lead asset management initiatives and conduct comprehensive investment analysis Essential Requirements: • Proven track record in financial analysis and deal structuring, • Minimum 5 years of experience in banking, investment management, or commercial finance, • Master's degree in Corporate Finance, Investment Management, or related field, • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, • Background with multi-asset portfolio management, • MBA in Finance Compensation: • Base salary: $150,000 - $175,000, • Performance-based bonus structure (details to be finalized), • Comprehensive healthcare coverage, • 401(k) retirement plan, • 15 days paid time off, • 5 sick days annually, • Flexible working arrangements, • Unique entertainment perks including access to premium sports and concert venue Equal Employment Opportunity and Non-Discrimination Policy Equal Employment Opportunity Statement: Both Keller Executive Search and our clients are Equal Opportunity Employers.
