The Senior Admissions Representative (Level 3) is SDI's most seasoned enrollment professional — a trusted expert who commands every stage of the enrollment journey with precision, empathy, and drive. You don't need to be managed; you self-manage. You don't avoid hard questions; you ask them first. You don't fear change; you accelerate it. In this role, you will directly shape SDI's growth by enrolling committed, qualified students into life-changing programs in Firearms Technology and Uncrewed Technology. You will be the standard-bearer for the Admissions team — setting the pace, modeling the right behaviors, and delivering results quarter after quarter. Here's what defines you: • A natural enroller who genuinely cares about the student's outcome — the path to graduation is always front and center on every call, • Someone who thinks like a leader but thrives in the trenches, doing the work, making the calls, winning the day, • Energized by change — you adapt fast, ask questions early, and use ambiguity as a competitive advantage, • Obsessively curious about what makes a prospective student tick, what their real fear is, and what outcome they're chasing, • Accountable to a fault — you don't make excuses, you find solutions, • A student of your craft: you study your metrics, listen to your own calls, and proactively seek feedback, • Competitive in the best way — you want to win, and you want your teammates to win too WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Drive Enrollments & Own Your Pipeline • Consistently meet or exceed individual enrollment targets and KPIs month over month, • Manage a high-volume lead pipeline across phone, email, text, and Live Chat with urgency and precision, • Conduct compelling, discovery-led interviews that uncover student goals, assess fit, and build trust, • Guide prospective students through every stage, inquiry to enrollment to first day, with zero gaps Deliver a World-Class Student Experience • Provide one-on-one, personalized consultation that makes every student feel heard and valued, • Act as the bridge between prospective students, Financial Services, and Student Success teams, • Accurately and enthusiastically represent all SDI programs, never overpromising, always delivering clarity, • Ensure a frictionless handoff to Student Success so no student falls through the cracks post-enrollment Raise the Standard for the Admissions Team • Model best-in-class recruitment methodology and help teammates level up through example, • Proactively identify process inefficiencies, • Participate fully in team meetings, coaching calls, and one-on-ones with a growth mindset, • Leverage deep SDI product knowledge to elevate every interaction and mentor newer reps Operate with Integrity & Compliance • Ensure all interactions reflect SDI's commitment to ethical enrollment and regulatory compliance (DEAC, Department of Education, ATF, DOD, State of Arizona, VA, and all applicable agencies), • Process student applications and documentation with accuracy and meticulous attention to detail, • Maintain and optimize your lead database; clean data drives better outcomes WHAT WE OFFER • Highly competitive compensation, • Award winning culture, • Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), • Comprehensive benefits package with 100% company-paid medical option for employee, • 401(k) with generous company match, • Employee Assistance Program (EAP), • Pet Insurance, • Company-paid Life insurance, • Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick, and Volunteer time off!), • 14 Paid holidays, • Referral program, • Education Tuition Benefit program, • Career development opportunities with a growing company, • And perhaps most importantly, a team who is dedicated to your success!Requirements: WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR • Bachelor degree required, • Minimum of five years experience in a college admissions/student enrollment position with a proven, documented track record of success, • A naturally skilled enrollment professional who is equally committed to supporting each student’s long-term success and positive educational outcome, not solely enrollment results, • The ability to create engaging and meaningful conversations that encourage prospective students to openly share their educational goals, motivations, and concerns, • Elite verbal and written communication, • Results-oriented, organized self- starter with the ability to influence others, • Energized by change, you adapt fast, ask questions early, and use ambiguity as a competitive advantage, • Demonstrates a growth mindset by regularly reviewing performance metrics, evaluating personal calls and interactions, and proactively seeking feedback to drive continuous improvement and professional development, • Healthy competitiveness with a strong drive to succeed, balanced by a commitment to team success and supporting colleagues in achieving shared goals, • Some travel required, up to 5% Sonoran Desert Institute is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
