We strive to provide a supportive and enjoyable work environment from the top down, where everyones opinions are valued and respected.We offer a competitive benefit package to our full-time team members, which includes:, • Medical insurance, • Accrued paid time off for vacation, sick, and company-recognized holidays, • Staff uniforms, • 401(k) and profit sharing after qualifying time of service, • Regular team-building events/outings, • Birthday/work anniversary celebrations, • Continuing education reimbursementWorking hours for this full-time position are Monday-Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): • Audit schedules and correct billing details to ensure accurate charges and claim readiness., • Submit and track insurance claims, including required documentation., • Post and reconcile insurance payments (EFT/mail) accurately and consistently., • Resolve denials, rejections, and delayed payments through follow-up with carriers., • Manage accounts receivable and patient balances, including statements, refunds, and collections support.Required Skills for this Role:, • Ability to take initiative and work independently., • Superior organizational skills., • Must be friendly and be able to maintain a smile and positive attitude in high-pressured environments., • Must be a team player and work well with others., • Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize tasks., • Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office.Experience and Education Minimum Requirements:, • High school diploma or its equivalent., • Knowledge of oral surgery and/or dental terminology., • Knowledge of CDT, CPT, ICD-10, modifiers, and coding practices., • Minimum of 2 years of billing/insurance experience in a dental or medical practice is required, and oral surgery experience is a plus!, • Please Note: Prior posting insurance payments, understanding EOBs/write offs, navigating insurance portals, and working AR reports is required for this role.NOTE: Resums and inquiries will only be accepted through this job advertisement.
