As a call center professional, you play a key role in representing the organization and practices with the overall responsibility of quickly managing patient calls related to scheduling patient appointments and information. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned.
