Records scheduled visits and maintains accurate record of patient information in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. Provides instructions to patients for visit preparation. Strong interpersonal skills for communicating with patients and staff, preferred.

Ensures patient arrival according to schedule and updates patient arrival time when necessary. Collection of patient co-pays and outstanding balances. Offers and assists patients with questionnaires dependent on procedure.
