About the Role We’re looking for an Operations Support Specialist to join our team in a temporary-to-permanent capacity. This is a hands-on, dynamic role where no two days look the same. You’ll support multiple departments — Benefits, HR Services, and General Operations — depending on seasonal demands and project priorities. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and adaptable, with strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem solving. What You'll Do Benefit Support (especially October- December) • Assist Benefits Team with creating and updating client presentations, • Review and complete assignments in HR and Benefits platforms, • Prepare, update, and distribute client benefit booklets, compensation statements, and enrollment materials, • Post benefit commissions and maintain accurate records, • Assist with RFPs and benefits marketing projects, • Assist with leave of absence processes: communicate with employees, distribute/receive paperwork, and liaise with insurance carriers, • Collaborate on the configuration, rollout, and training of agency technology platforms, • Create and update internal communications, templates, and office documentation, • Manage Accelo ticketing and project tasks as needed, • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred., • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet navigation., • Attributes: Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, customer-service focused, and eager to learn., • Comfortable balancing multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced, small business environment., • Gain hands-on experience across multiple business functions, • Be part of a close-knit, supportive team where your contributions matter, • Enjoy a role that offers variety, professional growth and meaningful work, • Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance with Employer contribution to costs, • 401k with Employer match Envision Benefits Group, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
