Job Description Deliver skilled care for patients with complex, long‐term medical needs. We’re seeking experienced and compassionate LTAC LVNs to support patients requiring extended hospital‐level care. In this role, you’ll work closely with RNs and interdisciplinary teams to provide consistent, high‐quality care for medically complex patients over longer lengths of stay.
