The Peer Support Specialist is instrumental in assisting in reducing higher levels of services such as ER admissions or Inpatient psychiatric admissions. Overview: The Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager at Worlds of Fun is responsible for leading the daily operations of all food and beverage locations throughout the park, ensuring a fun, high-quality, and efficient guest experience. This role oversees all aspects of food service, including quick service stands, restaurants, catering, and seasonal festivals. The F&B Manager drives performance through hands-on leadership, team development, quality assurance, and revenue optimization while maintaining a strong focus on safety, cleanliness, sanitation, regulatory compliance, and guest satisfaction.
