Job Description Chris M Electric, LLC is looking for an efficient Project Manager to contribute and support the planning and execution of administrative and construction projects. This includes working closely with the President, Chief Financial Officer, and Project Estimator on scheduling, purchasing, various reports for projects, estimating, and submittals, all as required for office management and for assigned projects. The Project Manager’s responsibilities include monitoring project progress, following up with staff and stakeholders on the completion or delay of project phases, and maintaining project documents, financials, and reports. To be successful, the Project Manager should be able to perform any task assigned by the President, CFO, and estimators in an efficient and timely manner. An outstanding Project Manager should be able to maintain oversight of all project activities, identify any issues, and ensure these are resolved promptly. Responsibilities: • Write quotations and project proposals; review contracts and set up projects in company software systems., • Estimate and manage assigned projects from initiation through completion., • Communicate with clients over the phone and on the field, coordinate with on-site foremen and general contractors., • Assign and schedule staff to projects according to their skills, certifications, and knowledge base., • Assist in managing subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors to meet deadlines and client expectations., • Coordinate change order cost estimates, prepare related reports, and support budgeting and accounting practices., • Develop professional documents; edit and proof written materials; maintain complete reports and records., • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless project execution., • Create budgets, revenue estimates, and detailed project plans to monitor and track progress., • Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs using proper verification techniques., • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors., • Track project performance and analyze success against short- and long-term goals., • Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis., • Knowledge of basic scheduling principles, project management, and construction/electrical building materials is a plus., • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal and written)., • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, Email, and Accubid., • High school diploma/GED required; degree in business management or related field preferred., • Previous experience in project management or a similar role required., • Highly organized and able to multitask effectively., • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills., • Ability to work independently and as part of a team., • Proven experience managing multiple projects successfully., • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills., • Competitive salary based on experience., • Opportunities for professional development and career growth., • Supportive team environment., • Benefits Package Available: Health, dental, vision, supplementals, paid holidays, PTO & 401kCompany DescriptionWe are a rapidly growing commercial and residential electrical contracting firm specializing in new construction, maintenance and repairs, build-outs, signage, lighting, service upgrades, recessed lighting, EV charging stations, remodels and rewires, troubleshooting, specialized lighting, and motor controls.
