If you're wired the same way, you'll feel at home here. Serve as the right hand to our Field Superintendent across multiple residential remodel projects. You'll coordinate people and materials, keep schedules and logs buttoned up, and jump in with tools when needed, especially for punch-list and finish-focused tasks. Responsibilities: • Support the Superintendent with jobsite coordination: confirm subs, sequence work, track inspections, and maintain daily/weekly schedules (two-week look-ahead)., • Communicate like a pro: recap in-person conversations in our project software, send timely follow-ups, and keep clients and trade partners in the loop., • Put quality first on site: assist with hands-on tasks (e.g., cabinet installs/adjustments, minor carpentry, hardware/fixture swaps, site protection, punch)., • Own jobsite logistics: materials runs, verifying deliveries, staging, cleanliness, and safety basics., • Keep the paper trail clean: daily logs, photo documentation, coded receipts, and change-order notes in JobTread (or similar platform)., • Bring solutions: use the "1-3-1 Rule"; bring 1 problem, 3 options, and 1 recommended solution., • Uphold a 5-star client experience: professional appearance, courteous jobsite etiquette, and proactive updates. Qualifications: • Solid residential remodeling background with strong hands-on skills; finish/punch experience and cabinet know-how are big pluses., • Familiarity with construction management software (JobTread preferred; Buildertrend/Co-Construct experience also helpful)., • Clear, professional communication (written and verbal) with homeowners, subs, and teammates., • Organized and detail-driven: you can juggle schedules, document accurately, and follow through without being chased., • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and personal hand tools appropriate to the work., • Ability to lift up to ~50 lbs, use ladders, and work on active residential jobsites safely., • Work authorization in the U.S. is required. Pay & Benefits • Full-time, W-2 Employment., • Competitive pay at $ 28 to $35, based on experience., • Mileage reimbursement for company errands, • Standard company-provided gear/PPE, • Paid Holidays, Paid Time Off, and Arizona-compliant Sick Time (accrued), • Be mentored by an experienced Superintendent and grow toward running larger scopes., • Steady pipeline of high-impact remodels (kitchens, baths, additions, casitas/ADUs)., • Family-oriented culture that values integrity, honesty, and continuous improvement. Work Schedule & Location • Monday to Friday, typical field hours, with occasional approved overtime as needed., • This role serves the East Valley (Phoenix/Scottsdale/Chandler/Gilbert, and nearby).
