Job Description Location: Mesa (East Valley Area) This role requires you to work with patients in the East Valley and surrounding areas. Below is a list of patient locations within these areas: Cities: Tempe, Gilbert, Chandler, Apache Junction, Fountain Hills, Scottsdale How it Works • Shift Availability: Hours are offered "as needed" and are based on your availability, • Flexibility: You have the freedom to accept or decline shifts, • Variety: You may work with different clients and in different settings depending on where the immediate need arises., • Per Diem PCA agrees and is willing to commute to the areas listed in this posting. We are currently seeking a committed and reliable Personal Care Attendant/Caregiver to join our growing team. Job Summary: As a Personal Care Attendant/Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing assistance and support to clients in their homes. Your primary responsibility will be to help individuals with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. You will work closely with clients and their families to maintain dignity and independence while providing compassionate care. Key Responsibilities: • Assist clients with personal care activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting., • Help with mobility and movement, including transferring clients in and out of bed or vehicles., • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging them in conversation and activities., • Assist with meal preparation and ensure clients receive proper nutrition., • Medication assistance and monitoring clients' health conditions, • Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and maintaining a safe and tidy living environment., • Document and report any changes in clients' conditions to the appropriate healthcare team members., • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
