We're looking for a Pharmacy Technician who wants their work to mean something — someone who brings care, precision, and reliability to every step of medication preparation and fulfillment. Why This Role Matters The Pharmacy Technician plays a critical behind‑the‑scenes role in patient care. By ensuring medications are prepared, labeled, packaged, and delivered accurately, this role helps ensure patients receive the right therapy at the right time — safely and compliantly. In this role, you'll contribute to work that: • Supports safe, timely delivery of infusion medications, • Enables pharmacists and clinicians to focus on patient care, • Maintains quality, compliance, and consistency in pharmacy operations, • Perform pharmacy technical and clerical duties under the direct supervision of a licensed Pharmacist, • Prepare, label, package, and stage prescriptions including sterile admixtures, unit‑dose, and prepackaged medications, • Generate and process batches for prescription preparation and shipment, • Enter and maintain accurate prescription, inventory, and shipment data in pharmacy systems, • Generate labels, pick lists, and packages in accordance with dispensing orders, • Coordinate with intake and billing teams to ensure insurance authorization prior to shipment, • Communicate shipment details with field staff and managers to ensure accurate delivery, • Receive, unpack, verify, and document incoming drug and supply deliveries, • Monitor outbound shipments to confirm delivery and file documentation accurately, • Perform and document quality assurance activities, • Maintain clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy workspaces, • Manage inventory levels, rotation, and returns in alignment with company goals, • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, • A customer‑service mindset applied to pharmacy operations, • Comfort working in structured, regulated environments, • Reliability, organization, and pride in doing things the right way, • High school diploma or GED, • Current, valid Pharmacy Technician license in good standing in the state of practice, • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in retail, hospital, or specialty pharmacy, • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, • Graduation from a pharmacy technician training program, • National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB) Here, you'll find: • Purpose‑driven work that directly supports patient outcomes, • A patient‑first, clinician‑led culture, • Supportive pharmacy teams and clear operational standards, • Opportunities for professional growth and continuing education While performing the duties of this position, the employee may occasionally be required to stand, walk, or sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee may also be required to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this role include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
