As we expand, we are searching for a Facilities Associates to join our Operations team. This role will provide essential support to ensure the successful day to day operations. Role Summary The Operations Associate plays a dual role in supporting both warehouse operations and onsite event setups. This position involves handling inventory, truck and van driving, loading and unloading materials, and maintaining facility upkeep. Additionally, the role requires assisting with event installation and dismantling as assigned. The ideal candidate is flexible, detail-oriented, and comfortable working nights and weekends as needed. Responsibilities • Perform warehouse operations, including inventory assistance and general maintenance., • Operate trucks, vans, and lift trucks (order picker, forklift)., • Load and unload trucks and assist with packing., • Support the setup and dismantling of shows and events onsite., • Maintain building and grounds upkeep., • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required., • Experience:, • 3–5 years of Warehouse & Logistics: Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and truck/van driving., • Equipment Operation: Proficiency in forklift and lift truck operations (certification preferred)., • Skills:, • Experience in warehouse operations and inventory management., • Ability to operate trucks, vans, and forklifts (certification preferred)., • Physical capability for lifting and manual labor., • Experience in event setup and dismantling is a plus., • A dynamic and creative work environment in the experiential design space.

Job Description Location: Quincy, MA Job Type: Full-Time – Temp-to-Hire Shifts: * 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Pay: $18/hour * 2nd Shift: 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM | Pay: $18/hour * 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM | Pay: $19.44/hour Position Summary In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment in alignment with company safety, quality, and productivity standards. Key Responsibilities * Pick and pack products based on customer and internal orders. * Prepare items for shipment, including labeling, boxing, and palletizing. * Accurately scan and process items using handheld RF scanners or warehouse systems. * Verify order accuracy and report any discrepancies or damaged goods. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and inventory. Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent. * 6+ months of warehouse, or order picking experience preferred. * Pallet Jack Experience a must * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Comfortable using handheld scanners and basic computer systems.
