Job DescriptionJob Title: Electrical Foreman / Solar Foreman (Multiple Lead Roles Available)Available Roles & Pay Ranges • Solar Mechanical Lead: $28–$36/hr, • Electrical Lead: $28–$36/hr, • Solar AC Lead: $28–$36/hr, • Electrical Foreman: $30–$42/hr, • Lead and manage daily field operations while enforcing safety and quality standards, • Serve as the on-site authority for job planning, sequencing, and problem-solving, • Communicate professionally with customers, inspectors, vendors, and subcontractors, • Mentor and develop apprentices and crew leads through hands-on guidance and troubleshooting, • Oversee project close-out activities including punch lists, labeling, testing, and documentation, • Perform and supervise:, • Conduit installation, • Electrical gear setting, • Panel wiring and service terminations, • EV infrastructure installation, • Lighting upgrades and system modifications, • Ensure all work complies with NEC, company standards, and project specifications, • Read and interpret one-line diagrams, electrical plans, blueprints, and technical documentsRequired Experience & Core Skills, • 3–5 years of electrical experience, • 3–5 years of commercial construction experience, • 3+ years of crew leadership experience, • Strong knowledge of:, • Electrical systems and wiring, • Conduit installation, • Solar systems, • Blueprint and plan interpretation, • Commercial/industrial installationsPreferred Qualifications, • Journeyman Electrician License (preferred), • Indiana Electrical Master’s License (preferred, not required), • Medium Voltage experience, • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification, • First Aid / CPR certification, • MEWP, scissor lift, or cherry picker certifications, • Familiarity with JobTread or similar project management softwareWhy Work With Us?, • Paid federal holidays, • Paid Time Off (PTO):, • 1 week after 6 months, • 2 weeks after 1 year, • Up to 1 week rollover allowed, • Tuition assistance for licensing and continued education, • $1/hour pay increase for each completed year of schooling, • 401(k) and HSA benefitsWork Environment o Standard federal holidays off and paid o PTO: 1 week after 6 months, 2 weeks after 1 year (with 1 week rollover allowed) o Tuition assistance for licensing; $1/hour pay increase for each completed year of schooling o 401k o HSA Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Indianapolis,IN.
