Job DescriptionWarehouse Fulfillment Material Specialist Picture the start of your shift at 6:00 AM in Plymouth, MN. You review pick signals, hop on a forklift, and begin staging orders that will move safely and on time to customers around the world. By mid-morning, you’re verifying item accuracy and condition, booking ERP transactions, and packaging a mix of domestic, international, and hazardous shipments—complete with the right labels and carrier paperwork. After lunch, you replenish production lines, load outbound trucks, and collaborate with Customer Service, Purchasing, Planning, Operations, and Material Control to keep everything flowing. That’s a typical day in this role. Role Highlights • Execute distribution picking, stocking, packaging, and inventory control to ensure accurate, on-time shipments using defined indicators/signals., • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to pick, move, load, and unload materials., • Check items for correctness and condition prior to shipment., • Prepare shipments: palletize, label, and complete carrier, international, and dangerous goods paperwork (certifications provided when needed)., • Post physical and ERP goods movements; process stock transfers and material requests., • Replenish production and other assigned areas while following all control procedures and policies., • Promote and maintain a safe work environment., • Cross-train and support other Warehouse Operations areas (e.g., material control, traffic) as assigned. Schedule, Pay, and Location, • Shift: 6am - 2:30pm, Monday through Friday, • Pay: $20hr + bonus* (paid biweekly)*, • Location: 14605 28th Ave Plymouth, MN, • Hire Type: Direct, Full-time What You Bring Required, • High school diploma or GED., • 1+ year of related experience., • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills., • Consistent, reliable attendance for the assigned shift., • Ability to obtain forklift certification if not already certified. Preferred, • Forklift experience (counterbalance, stock picker, reach truck) and/or current certification., • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP/WMS systems., • Experience in a combined manufacturing/production and warehouse setting.
