This position will have the following consideration: Hybrid: In office, currently Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday each week, with the option to work from home on Thursday and Friday. Job Description: The Sales Associate is an entry level sales position on the internal sales team and considered to be a gateway to career growth and development at American Beacon Partners. Sales Associates will work with regional directors, internal sales and specialist teams to further their knowledge of the financial services industry. Key Responsibilities • Make consistent, proactive calls to potential clients who have expressed interest or who fit the firm's target demographic to introduce the firm's asset management services, • Schedule meetings for your wholesaling team from leads generated through marketing, • Follow-up on industry conferences, webinars, marketing campaigns to generate leads for external and hybrid wholesalers, • Provide personalized, web-based hypothetical illustrations, • Place supply orders for marketing material, • Accurately record all client interactions and update lead status in the firm's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, • Meet or exceed monthly quotas for calls, appointments set, and qualified leads generated Requirements • Bachelor's degree, preferably in investment management, finance, business, or related field, • In-depth understanding of the industry, financial concepts, product knowledge, investment management and client-service strategies Successful candidates will be: • Highly motivated and thrive in a fast-paced environment, • Exceptional communicator with strong time management skills, • Focused on effective communication and interpersonal skills, over the phone and in person, • Willingness to embrace constructive feedback with a focus on improvement, • Team player who leads by example, • Passionate about the financial markets with an interest in continuous learning #LI-Hybrid Job Posted by ApplicantPro
