Job Description Arlington-based Personal Injury Law Firm is seeking a reliable and well-organized civil litigation bilingual paralegal who is fluent in Spanish and English and brings strong paralegal experience to support our team. The ideal candidate will be a personable self-starter who works well in a fast-paced environment and is able to manage deadlines. Responsibilities: • Effectively manage client and attorney expectations and provide status updates continually and proactively, • Manage calendars and deadlines, • Maintain case files in FileVine, • Assist with the discovery process for cases in litigation, • Assist with trial preparations, including preparing and labelling exhibits and coordinating witness schedules, • Maintain thorough documentation throughout the entire duration of all cases, • Assisting in the drafting of documents, including affidavits under Chapter 18 of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code, • Familiarize himself/herself with the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure, • Familiarity with legal terminology, drafting documents, court filings Minimum 2 years of paralegal experience in a law firm or legal department (experience in personal injury litigation is preferred) * Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English * Paralegal certificate or bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines * Familiarity with legal terminology, drafting documents, court filings * Proficiency with standard office software and willingness to learn firm-specific tools Company DescriptionAulsbrook Law Firm is growing, and we’re looking for motivated team members to grow with us!
