Receptionist / Administrative Clerk Position Summary The Receptionist/Administrative Clerk serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while also supporting various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the corporate office. This role requires a professional demeanor, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic office environment. Pay: $18.00-$19.00 / hr Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Visitor Management • Greet all visitors and callers in a courteous and professional manner, • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate personnel, • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area, • Monitor visitor access and maintain compliance with company security and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) procedures, • Issue visitor badges, maintain the visitor log, and follow all required check-in protocols, • Assist with meeting and event coordination, including scheduling, travel arrangements (air, hotel, car rental), and catering, • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages, • Prepare outgoing packages, including time-sensitive shipments via FedEx or courier services, • Perform data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks as assigned, • Ensure meeting rooms are properly set up and stocked with necessary materials, • Monitor and organize office supply inventory; place orders as needed, • Perform other administrative tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management Qualifications Education & Experience • High school diploma or equivalent required, • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities, • Professional appearance and business etiquette, • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively, • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively, • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), • Experience with CRM systems such as Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar platforms preferred Physical & Mental Requirements • Ability to sit, stand, and move about for extended periods, • Capable of light lifting (10+ pounds), • Able to operate office equipment such as phones, computers, postage machines, and copiers, • Requires visual acuity for reading and computer work, • Ability to focus, problem solve, and communicate clearly Working Conditions • Standard business office environment with moderate noise and comfortable temperature, • Lighting and ergonomic conditions are adequate, • No hazardous or extreme physical conditions About Pro Pac and Qual Pac Founded in 1971, Professional Packaging Systems (Pro Pac) brings deep knowledge and expertise to provide the best packaging solutions for our customers.
