About the Role PSI, Inc. is seeking a Lead Plumber with strong experience in high-end residential construction, remodels, and complex retrofits. This role is hands-on and project-focused—not service-based—and ideal for plumbers who take pride in craftsmanship, layout accuracy, and clean execution. You'll lead plumbing installations across rough-in, top-out, and final trim, often within existing homes and luxury remodels that require advanced problem-solving and attention to detail. The pay for this position is $23/hour or more depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location, plus performance based incentives.
