About the Role We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Plumbing Administrative Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our Plumbing Department. This position serves as a key support role for our service team, helping coordinate customer communication, scheduling, permitting, inventory management, purchasing, fleet-related activities, and administrative processes that keep the department running smoothly. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and takes pride in staying organized while supporting both customers and team members.
