As a Registered Behavior Technician, you’ll work directly with children in childcare centers, homes, and community settings, helping them build communication, social, behavioral, and adaptive skills that support independence and inclusion. Under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll bring individualized treatment plans to life in natural, play-based environments, helping children succeed during real routines, peer interactions, and daily activities.. How You’ll Make an Impact • Support children where they learn and play: Deliver one-on-one and small-group ABA services in childcare and community-based settings., • Build meaningful skills: Help children develop communication, social interaction, emotional regulation, and daily living skills., • Promote inclusion: Embed learning opportunities into play, routines, and peer interactions in natural environments., • Ensure consistency and safety: Collaborate with childcare staff, families, and clinical leadership to provide high-quality, ethical care., • Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by the supervising BCBA., • Use evidence-based strategies such as natural environment teaching (NET), discrete trial training (DTT), prompting, and reinforcement., • Collect accurate data on skill acquisition and behavior goals during sessions., • Document session notes and progress updates in a timely, compliant manner., • Communicate observations and progress with supervisors and team members., • Participate in supervision, team meetings, and required trainings., • Compassionate, patient, and energized by working with young children., • Comfortable in active, fast-paced environments like childcare centers and community settings., • Open to coaching and eager to learn, grow, and refine your skills., • A reliable team player who values collaboration, consistency, and follow-through., • High school diploma or equivalent (required)., • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB (required)., • Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred)., • Experience in childcare, preschool, or school-based settings (strongly preferred)., • Competitive Salary (with OT Eligibility): Based on experience and location., • Supportive clinical supervision: Ongoing guidance from experienced BCBAs., • Professional development: Paid training, supervision, and opportunities for growth., • Meaningful work: Everything you do helps children gain skills that last a lifetime., • Collaborative culture: Work alongside passionate clinicians who value teamwork and compassion.
