About the Role: We are seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT) in ABA who works directly with clients (individuals with Autism and related behavioral challenges) to implement behavioral services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The role involves implementing behavior plans, collecting data on client progress, and supporting individuals with autism. Our BTs are dedicated and compassionate professionals that provide exceptional ABA services to a variety of clients. Role Responsibilities: • Deliver one-on-one in-home or community-based ABA therapy to children with autism., • Keep detailed and accurate records of client progress, session notes, and any observed changes in behavior is crucial., • Implement behavioral plans developed by the BCBA/LBA., • Collaborate with other members of the therapy team, including BCBAs, other BTs, and parents/guardians., • Respond promptly to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors., • Maintain clear and effective communication with families, supervisors, and other relevant stakeholders. Job Requirements: • Possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent., • Minimum of 1 year of prior experience working with children or in a related field., • Examples of related jobs include Paraprofessional, Special Education Teacher, Special Education Teacher's Aide, Registered Behavior Technician, RBT, Autism Aide, Behavior Interventionist, BI, Developmental Therapist, ABA Therapist, ABA Interventionist, Behavior Technician, classroom assistant, childcare specialist, daycare worker, and direct care worker., • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills., • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work collaboratively with supervisors and clinical staff., • Ability to maintain strict adherence to HIPAA confidentiality and privacy regulations. Physical Requirements: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the role. • Ability to lift, carry, and move therapy materials, toys, and equipment used during therapy sessions., • Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, bend, and move between seated and standing positions throughout sessions., • Ability to actively engage with children during therapy sessions, which may include play-based activities, movement, and transitioning between environments., • Ability to remain attentive and responsive to ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times. Other Job Information: • Typical work hours range from 10-25 per week., • Must be available after school hours and/or weekends., • Most cases will start after 3 pm, Monday - Friday.     We are looking for a sociable, outgoing person to manage our stand at farmers markets. We have several weekday options. Weekday market times are 3-7pm or 3-8:30 pm. Weekend markets are 8am-1pm or 9am-2pm. We will pay you a base pay of $100 + a bonus of 10% of sales. (Sales average, very roughly, $500 per market). For the market, you need to show up no later than one hour before the market starts, in order to catch a good parking spot, and then set up the stand. It takes about half an hour to fold down and pack away everything after a market ends. Figure also your drive time to and from our facility in Woodland Park in order to pick up everything before the market, and then drop off everything after the market. You need to drive your own vehicle. Your vehicle has to accommodate: A canopy that is 65" long Two coolers that are 38" x 18" Two cooler that are 24" x 16" Two 4’x2’ foldable tables One street sign that is 24" x 41" One milk crate A few minor items. A typical SUV is normally large enough, after folding down all the passengers’ seats and filling the front passenger seat too. Personal requirements: 1) Ability to lift 50LB. 2) Be outgoing, extroverted, smiling, constantly reaching out and offering samples. 3) Be able to learn about our products, and explain their health benefits to customers, at least on a basic level. 4) Be responsible. Show up early. 5) Be neat and organized. 6) Be kind and pleasant, with a happy, friendly attitude. The more customers you get to buy our products, the more money you will make. We will show you everything—from how to set up the canopy to how to discuss the important product benefits with customers. We will be available by phone for every question or issue during the market, when you are on your own.

This part-time position is responsible for preparing and serving breakfast, lunch, and snack for preschool-aged children in a nurturing and health-conscious environment. This is a non-cooking role—no stove is used. Meals are pre-planned and primarily frozen. The preschool kitchen is equipped with two ovens and crock pots for heating meals and preparing simple items like rice and pasta. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, and snack for children following the weekly menu Use ovens and crock pots to heat and prepare meals safely and efficiently. Follow daily food safety, handling, and sanitation procedures. Portion meals appropriately for age groups and individual dietary needs (vegetarian, allergy accommodations, etc.). Clean and sanitize all kitchen surfaces, dishes, and equipment daily. Maintain an organized and well-stocked kitchen area, reporting low inventory to the administrative team. Ensure food is labeled, stored properly, and rotated by expiration dates. Follow all licensing regulations and school policies regarding food service.
