This role handles accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, financial record-keeping, and general office administrative duties. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced with QuickBooks and small business bookkeeping. Required Qualifications • Minimum 2 years of experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, • Experience with payroll, • Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must, • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, • Experience reconciling accounts and managing financial records, • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, • Comfortable multitasking and supporting multiple departments, • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal, • High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail, • Ability to work independently and within a team, • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology
