Job Description Overview We are seeking an energetic and reliable day porter to perform day-to-day building maintenance at our company facilities. Overall duties include removing debris, maintaining common room areas, responding to cleaning emergencies, and restocking kitchens, lobbies, and restrooms. Essential Functions • Prepare conference rooms before and after important meetings, • Clean and restock all common room areas including kitchens, lobbies, and break rooms, • Monitor, clean, and service restrooms, • Respond to any major spills or other cleaning crises, • Remove litter and debris from main common rooms, • Help order supplies required for facility maintenance, • The preceding functions have been provided as examples of the types of work performed by employees assigned to this job classification. Posted salary ranges are made in good faith.
