We are building a practice that exudes warmth, professionalism, and high-quality care. This is the first full-time hire for the practice and a foundational role in how Revival operates and grows. This role reports directly to the Founder/CEO and Practicing Physician Dr. Taniqua Miller. We are seeking someone who understands that exceptional care delivery includes operational excellence, hospitality, presentation, and follow-through. Position Summary The Practice Operations & Member Experience Lead owns the day-to-day operations of Revival Women’s Health. This role is responsible for: • Owning front-of-house excellence, • Ensuring smooth, organized clinic flow, • Protecting and elevating the member experience, • Supporting thoughtful, sustainable practice growth, • Maintaining operational systems and standards, • Oversee and execute daily clinic operations with precision, • Ensure schedules are optimized and clinical flow is protected, • Maintain organized, efficient systems and refine SOPs as needed, • Anticipate operational gaps and proactively propose solutions, • Coordinate supplies, vendors, and administrative logistics, • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all timesMember Experience, • Serve as the welcoming and composed presence of the practice, • Manage pre-appointment prep, check-in, check-out, and payment processes seamlessly, • Communicate clearly and warmly with members via phone, portal, and in person, • Ensure onboarding and ongoing touchpoints reflect the Revival standard, • Support consistent and thoughtful membership growth through follow-up and relationship management, • Represent the practice with professionalism in community interactions, • Ensure prospective members feel informed, cared for, and respected, • Maintain consistent follow-through and organized outreach tracking, • Have 3–5+ years of experience in a medical or high-touch service environment, • Take pride in organization, professionalism, and presentation, • Naturally operate with initiative and accountability, • Think ahead and solve problems without waiting to be asked, • Value working in a smaller, intentionally paced, high-touch environment, • Understand that hospitality and healthcare are intertwined in this model We are looking for someone who wants to be a part of building something meaningful.
