Job Description Vice President, Strategic Accounts Impact XM – Delivering World-Class Brand Experiences At Impact XM, we design and execute unforgettable brand experiences – from global events to immersive activations that inspire audiences and drive business results. We’re looking for a Vice President, Strategic Accounts who will be the trusted partner and strategic lead for our most valuable clients, owning relationships at the highest level and driving measurable growth. This is not just an account management role – it’s a chance to influence the direction of global brands, unlock new opportunities, and lead a high-performing team to deliver experiences that exceed expectations. You’ll develop and execute strategic account plans, nurture executive-level relationships, and ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget, on brand, and on experience. You’ll report to the SVP, Client Services and manage a multimillion-dollar book of business ($20M+ annually), while guiding and mentoring Account Supervisors, Managers, and Coordinators. What You’ll Do • Lead Client Growth – Develop annual business plans for each client, aligning with their KPIs, investment strategies, event schedules, and growth objectives., • Own the Relationship – Act as the ultimate point of accountability for client satisfaction, ensuring Impact XM is their go-to partner across all divisions, products, and marketing channels., • Inspire & Direct Teams – Manage and mentor a dedicated team of account leaders, fostering collaboration with Creative, Production, and other departments., • Deliver Measurable Impact – Ensure client investments achieve documented metrics and ROI., • Spot & Seize Opportunities – Identify untapped potential within accounts and introduce additional Impact XM services to give clients a competitive edge., • Drive Operational Excellence – Oversee forecasting, billing, and quarterly account reviews; ensure projects are delivered flawlessly., • Proven Experience – 10–15 years in event marketing/trade show industry, with at least 5 years in senior account management., • Strategic Mindset – Skilled in building business plans, analyzing competitive landscapes, and spotting growth opportunities., • Leadership Excellence – Track record of managing high-performing account teams and multi-million-dollar client portfolios., • Client-Centric Approach – Passion for building long-term relationships and delivering exceptional client experiences., • Business Savvy – Strong financial acumen for forecasting, budgeting, and ROI measurement., • Communication Mastery – Confident presenter, compelling storyteller, and skilled negotiator.
