Job Objective: Lead the daily operation of cleaning services and commercially represent Clean Ready Miami – Doral to both new and existing clients. This hybrid position combines operational supervision, business development, and quality control to deliver a premium customer experience and ensure continuous portfolio growth. ✦ Key Responsibilities: Operational Supervision • Coordinate and oversee the field cleaning team. • Conduct surprise and scheduled inspections of active services. • Ensure compliance with cleaning protocols, image standards, and presentation. • Report incidents, issues, or updates to the administrative team.
